Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls in Telugu and provide accurate information.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Make inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
- Maintain proper customer interaction records in the system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Achieve daily/weekly process and quality targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.

Requirements
- Telugu speaking is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic English/Tamil communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates comfortable working in a voice-process environment.

Preferred Candidate Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: 0–1 Year

Language: Telugu – Mandatory
