Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6month-1 years of telecalling/customer service experience
- Fluent in English
- Hindi is mandatory
- Malayalam & Tamil preferred
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional telephone etiquette
