Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller – Sales role based in New Delhi. The role involves making outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to promote Milagrow’s service robot products, explain features and perks, and drive conversions.

Tele Callers will handle inbound inquiries, respond to customer questions, and provide accurate information about pricing, warranties, and service support. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.



The role also requires sharing feedback from customers to help improve sales approaches and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, explain product value, and close deals effectively.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries and concerns.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or call management tools, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred, especially in consumer electronics or technology products.
- Comfort with working in an on-site environment in New Delhi and achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
- Minimum Graduate; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
