- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
- Handle employee queries and assist with HR-related activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
