Eye4Future is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our digital marketing services, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Explain Eye4Future's Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, and B2B/B2C marketing services.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Schedule meetings/demos between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain daily call and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads until conversion or closure.
- Prepare regular reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Stay updated about the company's services and offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of B2B and B2C sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and consistently follow up with prospects.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
