Job Description

- Lead and manage the Detail Design stage for hospital projects including detailed sections, elevations, wall sections, joinery details, equipment layouts, and room-wise technical detailing. - Coordinate with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, IBMS, Medical Gas, and Infection Control teams. - Ensure workflow efficiency, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare standards. - Finalize material specifications aligned with hospital-grade requirements. - Conduct design reviews, clash coordination, and BIM-based validation. - Guide junior architects and manage DD documentation standards. Special Skills - Expertise in hospital Detail Design and multidisciplinary coordination. - Robust skills in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Navisworks. - Knowledge of infection control, OT HVAC zoning,



clean room detailing. - Understanding of medical equipment planning and engineering integrations. Essential Experience - 10–15 years experience with at least 7+ years in hospital Detail Design. - Must have completed DD for large (>300-bed) hospitals. - Strong understanding of NABH, NBC, HBN, FGI, Fire norms. - Experience working with clinicians and equipment vendors. KRAs - Delivery of accurate and coordinated DD packages. - Zero major design-execution discrepancies. - Compliance with clinical, engineering, and safety norms. - Enhancement of BIM-based DD quality and standards.
