Salesforce Technical Architect (Omni Studio + Health Cloud) Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida Experience: 10+ Years Mode: Full time Responsibilities: - Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation for Provider Network Management (PNM). - Work with business, provider, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Ensure performance, scalability, documentation, and best practices. - Support releases, integrations, and mentor team members. Mandatory Skills - 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Salesforce Architecture expertise. - Strong hands-on experience in Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).



- Experience with Chainable Integration Procedures (IP). - Strong expertise in Bulk Data Processing, Queueable Apex, and Batch Apex. - Salesforce Health Cloud experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Provider Network Management (PNM) and provider lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding). - Understanding of PNM objects, data models, APIs, and integrations. - Experience optimizing Omni Studio solutions for performance and scalability. - Strong knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
