Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

- Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration of operations.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.

- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.

- Ensure availability of required tools and spare parts.

- Follow safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices in the workplace.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for uninterrupted operations.

Qualification

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Experience

- 1 to 8 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

- Basic knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and TPM practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues efficiently.
