Technical Training Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Training Manager to lead and manage technical training programs across AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Programming, and emerging technologies. The role requires strong technical knowledge, trainer management skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical training programs and operations.

- Lead, mentor, and manage technical trainers and faculty.

- Plan trainer deployment, schedules, batches, and training requirements.

- Ensure consistent training quality, curriculum delivery, and learner outcomes.

- Review and improve technical content, projects, assessments, and learning resources.

- Monitor trainer performance through feedback, assessments, and session observations.

- Track student performance, engagement, attendance, and learning outcomes.

- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and trainer development programs.

- Coordinate with colleges, universities, corporate clients, and internal teams.





- Resolve training-related operational issues and ensure timely program execution.

- Keep programs aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Engineering, Education, or related fields.

- 4–8 years of experience in technical training, EdTech, academic operations, or corporate L&D.;

- Experience managing trainers/faculty and multiple training programs.

- Strong knowledge of one or more areas: AI/ML, Python, Data Science, Programming, Cloud, Data Analytics, or emerging technologies.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with colleges, universities, or training organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
