Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to support and maintain passive network infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of structured cabling, network infrastructure equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of passive network infrastructure.
- Work with structured cabling, LAN cables, patch panels, racks and related network components.
- Perform cable dressing, labelling, termination and connectivity checks.
- Inspect network racks, patch panels and cabling to identify faults or connectivity issues.
- Assist in installation and maintenance of network infrastructure at customer or project locations.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of cable connectivity and physical network issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for resolving infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations, maintenance activities and reported issues.




- Ensure proper cable management, housekeeping and safety standards at work locations.
- Conduct regular checks to identify damaged cables, loose connections or other physical issues.
- Follow technical procedures and project guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.
- Travel to customer/project locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or network infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of structured cabling and physical network setup.
- Familiarity with LAN cables, patch panels, racks and basic connectivity equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic physical connectivity issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at customer/project sites when required.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
