Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Candidates with prior experience in technical, product, or application support are preferred.

Responsibilities

Soft Skill: *Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Good verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Technical Skill: Database: SQL Server, Oracle Operating System: Windows Server* Others: VMware, Hyper-V Web Server: IIS Basic scripting knowledge in Python and PowerShell* Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Manual Testing

· Design and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.

· Perform functional, regression, system, usability,



exploratory and integration testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.

· Document test results and defects and collaborate with development teams and project stakeholders to drive timely resolution

· Set up, Configure and maintain test environments as required.

· Support customer onboarding, migrations, integrations, and go-live activities.

· Respond to customer support requests via emails, chat, tickets, and calls.

Application Support

· Support release testing and provide quality status reports.

· Troubleshoot software issues reported by users, diagnose root causes and escalate complex issues when necessary.

· Document user-reported issues, troubleshooting activities and resolutions for future reference.

· Assist in preparing user guides and documentation to enable users to resolve common issues independently.
