✅ Core Skills: Hands-on experience in product sizing, technical feasibility analysis, proposal creation, and consultative solution selling for OEMs and Machine Builders.

✅ Software/Tools: Working proficiency in SAP, CRM platforms, Visio, and product sizing/configuration software.

✅ Communication: High-level English presentation skills for stakeholder technical discussions.

✅ Logistics: Onsite/Hybrid role based in Ahmedabad with up to 30% local/regional travel for customer visits and demonstrations.

Translate complex machine application requirements into winning motion control and automation solutions. Partnering directly with Sales Engineers, OEMs, and System Integrators, you will drive product sizing, configuration,



and consultative proposals to accelerate market growth.

? Core Responsibilities

✔️ Solution Engineering: Analyze machine requirements to configure optimal Servo Systems, VFDs, PLCs, Motion Controllers, and Geared Motors.

✔️ Sizing & Proposal Development: Perform detailed technical feasibility, sizing, and product selection to generate detailed technical quotations and proposal concepts.

✔️ Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with field sales and global technical experts to deliver value-based consultative selling and customer demonstrations.

✔️ Chance Management: Support technical qualification of leads and maintain system tracking in CRM and SAP platforms.

✔️ Customer Engagement: Participate in client technical syncs and regional site visits (up to 30% travel) to resolve complex machine automation challenges.
