Role Description

The Technical Recruiter (Target based) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent across various technical domains. The role involves setting and achieving hiring targets, managing job postings, and leveraging online platforms and networks to attract and engage candidates.

Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and market trends is key to success in this position.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Candidates should possess proven Technical Recruiting experience and hiring capabilities for a range of technical roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a target-based or performance-driven recruitment environment is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), skilled networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
