Role: SAP ABAP Developer Experience:5 to 10 Years Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Mandatory Skill-SAP ABAP, AI integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers, SAP ADT. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP development and integration. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA, OData services, enhancements, and modern SAP development practices. Experience with AI integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers, SAP ADT, and AI-assisted development environments will be a significant advantage. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and AI engineering teams to build scalable SAP solutions and enable AI-driven development capabilities within the SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions. - Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW). - Develop and support SAP S/4HANA developments. - Build and maintain OData Services, CDS Views, RAP applications, and APIs. - Perform code reviews and optimize application performance. - Develop integrations between SAP and external applications. - Work with SAP ADT (ABAP Development Tools) and Eclipse-based development. - Support transport management, unit testing, and ATC compliance. - Collaborate with AI engineering teams to expose SAP capabilities through MCP Servers. - Enable AI assistants and enterprise copilots to interact securely with SAP development and business services. - Participate in troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: SAP Technical Skills:



- Strong ABAP development experience (5-10 years). - SAP S/4HANA development. - ABAP Objects (OOABAP). - CDS Views. - OData Services (Gateway). - AMDP and HANA SQL. - Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BTEs. - SmartForms / Adobe Forms. - SAP Workflow. - SAP Transport Management. Integration Skills: - REST APIs. - SOAP Services. - SAP Gateway. - SAP BTP Integration knowledge. - Web Services and API development. MCP / AI Skills: - Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts. - Exposure to SAP MCP Server implementations. - Working knowledge of SAP ADT APIs. - Understanding of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms. - Experience integrating SAP systems with AI agents and external tools. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - SAP Certification in ABAP or S/4HANA is preferred. - Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-native development is an added advantage. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Experience: - SAP S/4HANA implementation or support projects. - SAP BTP development. - RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model). - ABAP Unit Testing. - ATC and Code Inspector. - AI-enabled SAP development environments. - MCP Server configuration and maintenance. Soft Skills: - Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. - Strong collaboration and mentoring capabilities. Nice to Have: - Experience with Generative AI solutions. - Knowledge of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or other AI coding assistants. - Experience with SAP BTP AI services and enterprise AI integrations. - Exposure to Agentic AI architecture and MCP ecosystems.
