- 8+ years of experience in software development with technical leadership responsibilities.

- Robust expertise in API design, integration architecture, and engineering leadership.

- Hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with API and event-driven integrations using WebSocket, Webhook, Kafka, and related technologies.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools in production and non-production environments.

- Ability to lead development teams and drive end-to-end technical delivery.
