Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Candidate from Technical background (BTech/ BE/ MCA/ BCA) preferred.
- Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with job portals e.g. Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Details: Work mode - Onsite

Work Location - Arera Colony, Bhopal

Shift - US Shift/Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
