Role Description The Technical Assistant role at Physicx is a full-time, remote work.
The Technical
Assistant will provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams and customers, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical queries, and assisting with system setup and maintenance. This role involves monitoring and documenting technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
