We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and coordinate our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, along with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.

- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

- Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.

- Coordinate with management and other departments.

- Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts professionally.

- Maintain discipline, attendance, and work standards.

- Train and guide recent team members.

- Prepare and maintain reports as required.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Eligibility





- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader / Supervisory experience.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Good team-management and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Healthcare/hospital experience will be an advantage.
