To lead and manage the Vendor Due Diligence and Assessment team, ensuring quality in delivery, monitoring team performance, floor management, stakeholder management and expectations alignment, risk assessment and oversight, timely reporting and regulatory compliance.

- Coach, mentor and develop team members
- Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback
- Manage escalations and stakeholder communication
- Set, and deliver against, strategic and tactical priorities that align with business objectives
- Develop and manage plans and strategies to improve performance, reliability and operational effectiveness
- Manage the Services Resourcing and Scheduling – right people on the right activity at the right time
- Ensure that strong processes are in place for engagements. Ensures consistency of processes
- Responsible for the maintenance, ongoing delivery, and solutions growth
- Leads/Participates in Service Reviews as required
- Act as a point of escalation as required
- Regular cadence calls with Reporting manager, proactive communication of issues with solutions to address
- Assist with interviews and coordinating with resource providers to augment staff
- Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Procurement and Business teams
- Drive vendor assessment closure and corrective action tracking




- Support internal audits and regulatory reviews
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Qualifications required

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or CA Inter, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.

Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure

5-6 years’ experience in Team Management (at least 1-2 years in managing 40+ size team), TPRM, Internal Audit, Compliance Audit, Operational Risk Management
