We are looking for a agile and results-oriented Team Lead/Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be managing implementation projects of our digital health solutions for our international partners including Global Pharma, Healthcare Innovators, Healthcare Providers etc.

You will be responsible for working with Partners to gather requirements, finalise solutions, define and monitor key performance metrics for success of our digital products. You will also lead internal crossfunctional teams to deliver these products as per the agreed scope, budget and timeline while ensuring high product quality and adherence to standard delivery processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and monitor multiple key Partners
- Manage external communication with Partners in written (emails, documents, etc) and spoken (online calls, presentations, etc) form
- Understand, align and deliver as per the Partners key performance indicators
- Lead a cross-functional team towards delivering projects as per contracted timelines and budget
- Maintain project plans while keeping track of key milestones and deliverables
- Prepare status reports and provide periodic updates
- Define custom solutions and configurations with internal teams to fit Partner needs
- Provide training and supportto Partners, ensuring they understand the product thoroughly




- Stakeholder Management & Partner Success
- Act as the single point of contact for Partners for finalising requirements, managing project delivery and providing project updates until the final product is launched
- Establish Partnerrelationship through periodic calls with key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Partners business objectives and retain existing Partners
- Identify growth opportunities and product enhancements
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to demonstrate value to Partners

Feedback and Improvement:

- Gather feedback from Partners and act as the voice of the customer internally to maintain a high Partner Satisfaction score through the lifecycle of the project
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement of our products and services.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing product implementation projects, customer success, key account management, or related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Curious to learn and broaden their horizons
- Experience in delivering software products, managing configurations and managing teams is highly favorable
- Relevant experience in working with Partners in Pharma/Healthcare domain and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements is desirable but not mandatory
