Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – .NET Full Stack (Azure | React | Kafka | Terraform) Location: Hyderabad, India | In office Experience: 8–12 Years Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate to 30 Days Notice Preferred About the Role We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a high-growth Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role — you will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code. The stack is Azure-first, event-driven, and cloud-native. What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications - Architect and build microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka and Azure-native services - Develop scalable backend APIs using .NET Core and C# with clean architecture principles - Build and maintain React-based frontends integrated with robust backend systems - Own infrastructure-as-code delivery using Terraform on Azure - Containerise and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes - Define and enforce CI/CD pipeline standards across the team - Write and enforce integration testing standards for production-grade quality - Mentor 3–6 engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical guidance - Collaborate with product, architecture,



and DevOps stakeholders across geographies What We're Looking For Mandatory: - 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience - Expert-level .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C# development - Strong React and TypeScript with production delivery experience - LINQ proficiency for data access and manipulation - Kafka — producer/consumer design, event-driven architecture - Azure cloud depth — Azure Functions and Azure App Services - Terraform for infrastructure provisioning on Azure - Docker/containerisation and CI/CD pipeline ownership - Integration testing as a discipline, not an afterthought - Demonstrated team lead or tech lead experience Good to Have: - Kubernetes / AKS at scale - Azure Solution Architect or Developer certification - Micro-frontend architecture experience - Experience working in GCC or product engineering environments - SpecFlow / BDD testing frameworks Why Join - Architecture-level ownership from day one - Lead a high-calibre engineering team in a GCC with global exposure - Modern event-driven stack with real scale and complexity - Strong growth path toward Principal Engineer or Architect roles Keyskills: NET Core · React · Azure · Terraform · Kafka · Docker · Microservices · CI/CD
