About Next Skills 360
Next Skills 360 is a multiple award-winning EdTech social enterprise that develops inclusive skilling solutions. ProGame Tactile is our flagship solution for students with visual impairment — a self-paced, mobile-app-based curriculum that builds computational thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills through coding, taught without the need for a standard computer screen.
This internship supports a multi-year ProGame Tactile project currently implemented in Pune, across four schools for the blind. The intern will be the on-ground point of contact for one assigned school, working directly with students and school staff to ensure the project is implemented smoothly.
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, tech-comfortable intern to support day-to-day delivery of ProGame Tactile at one Pune school. This role works with visually impaired students — mobilizing them for sessions, helping them use the app and understand coding concepts, and administering baseline, midline and endline assessments.
No prior teaching experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize students at the assigned school for each scheduled ProGame Tactile session, and keep attendance and participation on track.
- Hand out and manage the school's ProGame Tactile devices during sessions, and guide students in using the app.
- Help students understand concepts as they work through the app,
and answer their questions in the moment.
- Conduct baseline, midline and endline assessments for all students at the school.
- Register current students on the app, and support them through their early sessions until they're comfortable using it independently.
- Coordinate with school staff and the Next Skills 360 team on day-to-day programme needs.
- Maintain and share session schedules, keeping the school and the Next Skills 360 team aligned on visit days and times.
Who We're Looking For
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable coordinating with school staff and communicating clearly,
- Prior experience with teaching, facilitation, disability-sector work, or working with children is a plus, but not required.

- Must be able to speak Marathi and English.
- Must be based in Pune.
