Own critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high potential talent to support the organization's business objectives while ensuring the recruitment process is effective, compliant, and aligned with company value

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce planning objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through effective sourcing and talent mapping.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Strengthen the organization's employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives. • Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing inclusive hiring practices.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies while driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Strategy & Planning: o Collaborate with department heads and HRBP to understand workforce needs and create comprehensive hiring plans aligned with business goals. o Lead strategic talent mapping and pipelining efforts for future workforce requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management:

o Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer stage.

o Develop and implement sourcing strategies using multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)

o Ensure the application of best practices in screening,



interviewing, and selection processes.

- Stakeholder Management:

o Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify key requirements and deliver on hiring objectives.

o Provide ongoing coaching and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques.

- Candidate Experience:

o Enhance the candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and a transparent recruitment process.

o Manage relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive interaction and branding of the company as an employer of choice.

- Employer Branding:

o Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the marketplace.

o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging in recruitment-related campaigns.

- Data and Metrics:

o Analyse recruitment data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

o Prepare and present reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other KPIs to leadership.

- Diversity and Inclusion:

o Promote a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach by ensuring unbiased sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.

o Work closely with HR to develop initiatives that attract diverse talent to the organization.

- Vendor & Partner Management:

o Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and service levels.

o Ensure the timely and cost-effective use of external resources to meet recruitment goals.
