We are looking for a hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition who can build hiring velocity, personally drive critical closures and create a scalable recruiting engine.

This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. The environment is quick-paced, demanding and constantly evolving — the person needs to be comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own hiring across retail, operations, customer experience, technology, corporate and leadership roles.
- Partner directly with the CEO and business heads on hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
- Personally drive critical and difficult-to-close positions.
- Build strong sourcing channels across direct search, referrals, job platforms, campuses and recruitment partners.
- Build repeatable hiring engines for high-volume and expansion-led recruitment.
- Improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance and offer-to-join ratios.
- Build and lead a lean, high-output TA team.
- Introduce simple, effective hiring dashboards and recruitment governance.

What We Are Looking For





- 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in high-growth startups, consumer-tech, retail, e-commerce, mobility or operationally intensive businesses.
- Experience managing both volume and leadership/specialist hiring.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate closure capability.
- Comfortable working closely with a fast-moving, highly involved CEO.
- High bias for action, ownership and execution.
- Someone who can build process without creating bureaucracy.

- Wants to operate primarily through recruitment agencies.
- Needs stable hiring plans and long decision cycles.
- Prefers strategy over hands-on execution.
- Is uncomfortable with aggressive hiring timelines or rapidly changing priorities.
