Role & responsibilities

- MS Excel (Hands-on): Proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation. Maintain daily data sheets and MIS reports with accuracy.
- SAP (Working Knowledge): Handle inventory transactions in SAP (MM/WM modules) goods receipt, issue, transfer, and reconciliation.
- Stock Reports: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports showing inventory levels, receipts, issuances, and closing balances.
- Shortage Reports: Identify critical shortages, prepare detailed shortage reports, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Email Communication: Send stock/shortage reports to stakeholders. Respond to internal and external queries professionally.
- Warehouse Understanding: Knowledge of store operations receiving, storing, issuing, FIFO/FEFO, and physical stock verification.

Preferred candidate profile Graduation (B.ech./ MCA/ BCA/BBA/Commerce/Supply Chain preferred) with 2-5 Years experience in MS Office (MS Excel) & SAP
