Role & responsibilities:

- We are hiring for Customer Support International Voice Process.
- We are looking for Freshers or 0-2 years of experience who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.

NOTE: Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English - Looking for an Immediate Joiner. Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Interview Mode: F2F

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent communication skills and written skills.
- The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through emails.
- Candidates who are in Mumbai based Location
- Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 25KM radius of distance.
- 02 years of experience (freshers welcome!).

Highest Qualification:



+ 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream with no current backlogs.

- Shift: Training Period 24x7 rotational shift and Post Training Permanent Day Shift between (9 am to 9pm)
- 5 Days of work , 2 rotational week off
- Travelling Allowance: 3500/- both ways
- Performance Incentives Applicable upto 2750/-
