Role & Responsibilities:

- Execute supply and material planning activities.

- Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock availability.

- Perform MRP planning and shortage management.

- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and production teams.

- Balance demand and supply requirements.

- Monitor inventory, service levels, and supply chain KPIs.

- Support S&OP; and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare planning reports and dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of Supply Planning or Material Planning experience.

- Hands-on MRP, inventory management, and supply chain planning experience.

- Experience with SAP MM, SAP PP, Oracle ERP, or equivalent ERP systems.

- Solid stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills.

- Automotive, manufacturing, industrial products, or engineering industry preferred.

- Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering background preferred.
