Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage manpower handling, scheduling, and training to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working setting.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management, and minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in supervision or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of operation maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making and improve productivity.
- Must Know Telugu and Hindi
