- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations at the port/site.
- Manage and monitor workers, labourers, and subcontractor activities.
- Allocate work to manpower according to operational requirements.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the scheduled time.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance of workers.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operations teams, contractors, and management.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow port safety rules, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Report daily work progress, manpower status, and operational issues to management.
- Identify and resolve routine site/work-related issues.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any relevant qualification Experience: 2–5 years
