Job Title: Supervisor

Job location - Wagle Estate, Thane (factory office)

Head Office Lower Parel

Weekly Off: Monday to Saturday - 9.00 am to 7:30 pm / weekly off - Sunday

Area of Experience: 5+ years

- Qualifications Required: Computer Operating Knowledge (AutoCAD /CorelDraw preferred)
- 12th pass in any stream OR any equivalent field.
- Languages Marathi/Hindi and English

Age - 30-35 years Department- Brush Department

Position reports to - Production Manager

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Machine Setting & Calibration: Set up and configure Twister and Tufting/Filling machines for production runs.
- Production Management: Achieve daily and long-term production targets in strict accordance with organizational planning.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct continuous quality checks during the online production process to minimize defects.
- Manpower Handling: Oversee floor workers, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain an organized work environment.

Daily Tasks & Duties

- Ensure the timely completion of the hair brush department's production planning.
- Maintain accurate rejection records against total production quantities to track waste and efficiency.




- Provide hands-on training to workers regarding manufacturing processes and machine operation.
- Oversee and execute preventive maintenance schedules for every machine within the department to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements: Knowledge & Skills Technical Knowledge

- Proven experience in handling hair brush or tooth brush manufacturing machinery.
- Proficiency in utilizing various measuring instruments.
- Basic computer operating skills, specifically with AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.
- Prior experience working with Nylon (Filament) is highly preferred.
- Capability to handle Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
