Job Summary

3-8 years of experience in Python Backend Engineering and cloud-native application development. Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, Pydantic, REST APIs, and backend architecture. Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, database schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, and API Gateway. Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, asynchronous processing, and event-driven workflows.

Experience with Terraform/IaC, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices. Develop secure, reliable, testable, and high-performance backend services with strong observability and monitoring. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform RCA, optimize systems, and participate in architecture and code reviews.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-powered applications is preferred, along with AI-assisted tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, collaboration, and engineering leadership skills with a focus on scalable and reliable solutions.
