Job Title: Rice Mill Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily rice mill production and processing activities

Monitor the complete production process from paddy receiving to finished rice packing

Ensure proper operation and coordination of milling machinery and equipment

Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of daily production schedules

Check the quality of paddy, rice, broken rice, bran, husk, and other by-products

Coordinate with machine operators, workers, maintenance staff, and quality control teams

Monitor production losses, wastage, recovery, and yield

Ensure proper cleaning, grading, sorting, polishing, and packaging processes

Maintain daily production records, stock records, and material consumption reports

Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory

Identify machine or production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution

Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures





Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the production area

Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment

Train and guide workers to improve productivity and work efficiency

Coordinate with management regarding production status, quality issues, and operational requirements

Prepare daily and monthly production reports

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the rice mill while minimizing wastage and production costs

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of rice milling and processing operations

Experience in rice mill production and supervision preferred

Knowledge of rice quality, yield, recovery, and wastage control

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work in shifts and manage production targets

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
