Vipran Group is a growing real estate company specializing in farmhouse plotting projects and premium villas. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle qualified leads and convert them into bookings and sales.

- Conduct customer discussions and understand their investment/property requirements.

- Follow up with prospects and negotiate effectively to close deals.

- Coordinate site visits and assist customers through the complete sales process.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth closing experience.
n
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
n
- Work closely with the sales and management team to maximize conversions.
n

? Candidate Profile:nn
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales/closing preferred.
n
- Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
n
- Proven ability to close high-value property deals.
n
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
n
- Experience with plots, farmhouses, villas, or residential projects will be an advantage.
