Role Description The Store Manager role at ROMS N RAKS is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Manager will handle customer service issues, resolve concerns, and promote a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to pets and pet parents. The role also includes training and coaching team members, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting promotional activities to drive store growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal Communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Experience in Store Management, with the ability to oversee daily operations and lead a retail team.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in pet care or related industries.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Kochi and manage flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
