Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, well-presented, and ready for customers.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

2. Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversion.
- Identify opportunities to increase store revenue.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports.

3. Team Management

- Supervise, motivate, and guide the store sales team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide performance feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store employees.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional conduct within the team.

4. Customer Service

- Ensure a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular and high-value customers.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and personalized shopping experience.

5. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock availability.
- Coordinate stock receiving, transfers, and replenishment.




- Conduct regular stock checks and support periodic stock audits.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and wastage.
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, and display of products.

6. Visual Merchandising

- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate promotional displays, seasonal setups, and current product launches.

7. Reporting & Administration

- Maintain daily sales, stock, attendance, and operational records.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, HR, and other departments as required.
- Ensure all store documentation and processes are properly maintained.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
