Store Manager – Premium Saree Retail Location: Vizag Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of a premium saree showroom. The candidate will be responsible for sales, team management, customer service, and inventory. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day showroom operations.

Achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets. Handle premium and high-value customers. Manage and motivate the sales team. Train staff on product knowledge and customer service. Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.

Ensure proper saree display and showroom presentation. Monitor stock, inventory, and product movement. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Ensure smooth billing and POS operations.



Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with Head Office and other departments. Requirements5–8 years of experience as a Store Manager / Senior Floor Manager.

Experience in premium saree, silk saree, ethnic wear, or fashion retail is preferred. Good knowledge of silk sarees, bridal sarees, and premium collections. Solid sales and team-handling skills. Good customer-handling and communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Target-oriented and responsible.

RequirementsTelugu – Mandatory English – Good communication Hindi – Added advantage Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
