Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage Statutory Audit assignments for clients across various industries.

- Lead audit teams and allocate work to Articles, Audit Assistants and Seniors.

- Review financial statements, books of accounts, ledgers, schedules and supporting documents.

- Perform audit procedures including substantive testing, analytical review, vouching and verification.

- Evaluate internal financial controls and identify areas of financial and operational risk.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards/Ind AS, Standards on Auditing issued by ICAI and other applicable regulations.

- Review audit working papers and ensure proper audit documentation.

- Identify audit issues and discuss observations with clients and management.

- Prepare/review audit reports, management letters and audit deliverables.

- Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, information and clarifications.

- Ensure timely completion of audits as per engagement deadlines.





- Handle multiple audit assignments independently and report the status to Partners.

- Guide, train and supervise junior team members and article assistants.

- Assist Partners in resolving complex accounting, reporting and audit matters.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Statutory Audit and Financial Reporting.

- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Ind AS/Accounting Standards and ICAI Standards on Auditing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent MS Excel and audit documentation skills.

- Positive client-handling and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage an audit team.

- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
