- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in .NET, Oracle/SQL , and database application development using multi-tier architecture.
- Solid ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, mentor team members, and support project timelines .
- Promote best practices in application design, coding standards, development processes, and tools.
- Perform system failure analysis, implement corrective actions, and recommend performance improvements.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with STARLIMS LIMS, preferably within laboratory environments
- .Extensive experience in STARLIMS development,



workflow configuration, testing, deployment, and requirements analysis
- .Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/2019/2026
- ..N ET Framework 4.0, .NET Core, WCF, and RESTful Web Service s
- .Source control tools such as Git, TFS, Bitbucket, or other SCM platform s
- .Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2016) and/or Oracle PL/SQL
- .Experience working in Agile environments using Jira (Scrum/Kanban) and Confluence
