nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in ZOHO Books for multiple companiesn
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivablen
- Manage payroll processing including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculationsn
- Maintain stock accounting, ledgers, and inventory reconciliationn
- Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoicesn
- Perform GST reconciliations including GSTR 2An
- Coordinate purchase orders for inventory replenishmentn
- Conduct and participate in internal 5S auditsn

nRequired Skills
n




- n
- Knowledge of ZOHO Books and accounting principlesn
- Knowledge about Accounts payable and receivable, Financial Statement, Inventory Managementn
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, taxation, and inventory accountingn
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting softwaren
- Strong numerical and communication skillsn

nQualification – Graduation in B.com, M.com, CA, CMA
