Program Advisor – US Sales

Working days - (5.5 days/week):

Shift timings

● Monday to Friday: 10:00 PM – 9:30 AM IST (11.5 hours)

● Monday (Early Morning) : 3:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST (6 hours)

About the Role -

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Program Advisor to engage with prospective learners across the US market. In this role, you will guide prospective learners through their decision-making journey—from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment. If you enjoy consultative selling, building relationships, and working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead qualification to successful enrollment.

● Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.

● Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.

● Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.

● Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.

● Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.

● Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.

● Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

● 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.

● Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skil
