Position: Staff Nurse

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing (GNM)

Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital safety protocols.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and care plans.




- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment for patients.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and professional guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma/GNM Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.
- Good clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced hospital workplace.
- Candidates with GCC experience/licensing will be an advantage.
