Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and brand content.

- Transform raw footage into engaging and professional video content.

- Use AI tools for video generation, image-to-video, AI voiceovers, visual effects, background generation, and video enhancement.

- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, music, sound effects, and color correction.

- Create videos based on creative briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.

- Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for short-form content.

- Repurpose content into different formats suitable for various digital platforms.

- Collaborate with the creative, social media, and performance marketing teams.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, video editing trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills

- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

- Knowledge of AI video-generation and creative tools.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and digital marketing content.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, sound design, and color grading.

- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas independently.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

Eligibility

- 0–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field.

- Freshers with solid skills and a good portfolio/showreel can apply.

- Agency, advertising, social media, or digital marketing experience is an advantage.

- A relevant degree, diploma, or certification is preferred but portfolio and practical skills will be given priority.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
