About the Role : We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer who can independently drive end-to-end design initiatives and create exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate should possess a robust visual design sense, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

This role requires an individual contributor who can confidently interact with clients, lead design discussions, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive end-to-end UI/UX design projects from discovery to delivery.
- Create user-centered designs through research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Lead client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and presentations.
- Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and design direction.
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual excellence across all products.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design capabilities and user experience thinking.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability standards.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Strong visual design taste with a keen eye for typography, spacing, color theory, layout, and overall screen aesthetics.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-first mindset.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems is highly preferred.
