Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and answer menu questions.

Food & Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other beverages or simple food items following recipes.

Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) register, process cash or card payments, and provide receipts.

Cleanliness: Sanitize counters, clean coffee machines, clear tables, and wash dishes.

Stocking: Restock inventory, rotate food items, and report low supplies to the manager.

Requirements & Skills

Communication: Friendly, polite, and clear speaking voice.

Physical Stamina:



Ability to stand for long shifts and lift moderate weights.

Teamwork: Willingness to help coworkers during busy hours.

Experience: Previous food service or retail experience is helpful, but often not required.
