We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Sas Nagar Phase 9, Mohali. This full-time role is ideal for a woman with 2 to 4 years of experience in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

2. Account Coordination: Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

3. Sales Support: Assist in generating new business by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and participating in presentations to showcase our services.

4. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, including sales metrics and client feedback, to inform decision-making and strategy.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams including marketing, finance,



and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with clients and team members. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software will be beneficial. A graduate degree is required, and candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.
