The candidate should have robust experience in Node.js, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database integration. The ideal candidate will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to build high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop server-side applications using Node.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Integrate applications with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Implement security and data protection
- Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming
- Experience in building REST APIs
- Knowledge of MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with GraphQL
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
