Roles &

Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade .NET applications. Provide technical leadership to development teams through mentoring, code reviews, and best engineering practices. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Drive application modernization initiatives using the latest .NET technologies. Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices. Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC, security, and quality processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development. Strong expertise in

C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs . Hands-on experience with

Microservices Architecture . Strong knowledge of

SQL Server and database optimization. Experience with

Azure and

CI/CD pipelines . Experience with

Git , Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools. Good understanding of

SDLC , design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.

Experience in application modernization and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications. Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CQRS, or DDD.

Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
