About the Role We are seeking an industry-seasoned and high-caliber Lead Java Technical Trainer with deep roots in enterprise software development. In this dual-impact role, you will leverage your 10+ years of coding and architecture experience to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge Java training programs.

You will be responsible for upskilling internal engineering teams, corporate clients, or premium tech trainees, bridging the gap between theoretical computer science and scalable, production-grade enterprise software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Content Ownership: Design, update, and scale advanced Java Full-Stack training modules, labs, and project frameworks reflecting current industry standards.
- Technical Training & Delivery: Conduct high-impact technical training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps covering Core Java, Advanced Java, and modern frameworks.Placement India
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide trainees and junior developers through real-world coding practices, code reviews, debugging, and architectural patterns.
- Enterprise Tech Stack Enablement: Train engineers on enterprise-grade technologies including Microservices, Spring Boot, cloud integrations, and relational/NoSQL databases.Shine

Establish metrics to evaluate technical competency growth, manage coding assessments, and provide actionable performance feedback.
- Engineering Best Practices Integration: Bring your 10+ years of practical software development life cycle (SDLC) experience into the classroom—emphasizing clean code, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and design patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience Breakdown:
- Minimum 10 years of overall hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise-scale Java applications.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical training, corporate L&D; (Learning & Development), or technical enablement roles.
- Technical Expertise:
- Core & Advanced Java: Exceptional mastery of Java 8+, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, and JVM internals.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful web services.Placement India
