Go Kite Travel & Tours is hiring a Senior Holiday Consultant – B2C for our kochi branch. We’re looking for an experienced travel professional with strong destination knowledge and expertise in customized holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries from planning to post-trip follow-up.

- Design and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages.

- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and manage bookings.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers.

- Upsell activities, transfers, insurance, upgrades, and other travel services.

- Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent service.

- Keep CRM records updated and stay informed about destinations, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in holiday/leisure travel.

- Strong destination knowledge and package-building skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.

- Experience with CRM and travel booking tools.
