Key Responsibilities -

Creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to support the France Market (75%) along with India market requirements. The role will work closely with the UK-based Marketing team, delivering high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms.

1. Creative Design & Branding - Develop visually compelling creatives aligned with UK and India brand guidelines, Create marketing collateral including banners, brochures, packaging, and catalogues Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints
2. Digital & Social Media Design - Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create digital campaigns, ad creatives, and performance marketing visuals Stay updated with global design and social media trends.

3. Video Editing & • Motion Graphics - Edit promotional videos for digital platforms, Create motion graphics, animations, and reels using tools like After Effects, Develop engaging visual storytelling formats for campaigns.

4. Emailer & • Performance Marketing Creatives - Design visually appealing emailers and newsletters, Work on CRM campaign creatives and performance marketing assets.

5. Photography & • Visual Content Creation - Assist in product photography and lifestyle shoots,



Enhance images through retouching and editing.

6. Vendor & • Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and production vendors, Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, e-commerce) and UK stakeholders

Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all creative outputs.

7. AI & Innovation in Design - Leverage AI tools for design automation, ideation, and productivity, Experiment with recent tools and technologies to enhance creative output.

Required Skills & Tools - Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Motion & Video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

AI Tools: Midjourney, DALL•E, Firefly, or equivalent

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Experience in social media and performance marketing creatives

Knowledge of email marketing design best practices

Qualifications & Experience-

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

5 -8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in consumer products / retail / e-commerce/ Home Appliances.

NOTE -

Working with international markets (France preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work
